You retain ownership of the notes, PDFs, and decks you create. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

4. Acceptable use

No uploading content you don't have the right to use.
No abuse, harassment, or illegal activity.
No attempts to break, scrape, or overload the service.

5. AI output

AI-generated flashcards and summaries may contain errors. Always review study material before relying on it for exams or graded work.

6. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future charges.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Notecram at any time.

8. Disclaimer

Notecram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notecram is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
